increase in our sub acute rehab business and
our Case Management team is expanding!!  We
have openings for a Full-Time Clinical
Manager/ QA Coordinator.

The Clinical Case Manager/ QA Coordinator is
responsible for the post-acute short stay
resident beginning with the residents?
pre-admission screening, and is responsible
for the coordination of care through the
discharge process. The Clinical Case Manager/
QA Coordinator is responsible for compliance
of Federal, State, and Medicare regulations
and guidelines. In addition, this position is
fiscally responsible for the effective
management of each sub acute resident, is
responsible for the development and
implementation of the facility?s quality
assurance/corporate compliance programs, and
will be responsible to ensure that the
facility remains in compliance with all
regulatory agencies for programs as directed.
EXPERIENCE: Atleast have two years experience
in a supervisory position in a long-term care
facility or other related health care
agencies or facilities documented on resume.

MUST have two years experience in performing
nursing duties within a long-term facility or
other related health care agencies or
facilities and/or the completion of Medicare
PPS MDS?s

Must have experience with MDS completion

Must have completed course work in nursing
study that would meet the qualifications for
licensure in Nebraska.

Must have knowledge of the nursing needs of
the physically and mentally challenged aging
population and be able to develop and
implement programs that meet those needs.

Must be a licensed as a RN or LPN in the
state of Nebraska.

Geriatric Certified preferred.

RNAC preferred.
