Nurse Practitioner Job in Allen, TX

Are you a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) 
with at least three years experience in 
clinical practice? Are you dynamic, upbeat,

Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Our Medical 
Center. 

The NNP manages the neonatal patient case 
load with consultation, collaboration, and 
general supervision from a physician, and
utilizes extensive knowledge of 
pathophysiology, pharmacy and physiology. 
The NNP exercises independent judgment in 
the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of 
certain medical processes and procedures. 
These skills may be used in the delivery 
room, on transport, or with infants and 
pediatric patients within the hospital. The 
NNP is additionally involved in education, 
consultation, and research at various 
levels. 

MUST HAVES:
Completion of an accredited Nurse 
Practitioner Program required. Bachelor's 
Degree required, Masters degree preferred. 
Must have current RN license in
the State of Alaska. Must have a current 
Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)license in 
the State of Alaska upon completion of 
department orientation and within 90 days of 
hire. Current NCC Certification as a 
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required 
within 6 months of hire. Regular attendance 
is a requirement of this position. Must be 
able to read, write, and speak English.
