Certified Anticoagulant Therapy NP
Long-Term Care Practice based in ATL seeks 
full-time NP to work in long-term care 
facilities thru out metro-Atlanta. The NP 
will augment the collaborating physician's 
ability to provide medical services to 
patients receiving anti-coagulant therapy 
medications.  Practitioner will monitor all 
laboratory values related to meds and 
prescribe medications as needed in 
collaboration with attending physicians.   

Position is full-time. Health insurance,
