Job Description
This position is responsible for the 
management and day-to-day clinical 
operations of the Home Health unit.  The 
incumbent is responsible for the leadership, 
staff management and development, patient 
care coordination, financial viability, 
quality improvement and compliance, customer 
service, and the professionalism of the 
staff and unit.
This position oversees all patient care 
within the Home Health unit that is provided 
by numerous disciplines. 
  
Qualifications
Current RN license
Five years direct patient care required
Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
Previous home care experience
Three years previous supervisory experience
Computer skills in word processing, clinical 
documentation systems, email etc.
CPR certification
